Will has extensive board and business leadership experience. He understands the importance of a board to an organization and has been trained in and practiced policy governance—the model employed by the ASD20 Board of Education. Through extensive volunteerism in ASD20, he understands the district at both the school and district level. He is the former President and CEO of the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and has led boards at the local, state and national level.
